What it does
AI Assistant by Sean 2.0
A knowledge-base Q&A bot (/kb): members ask questions, and it answers common questions instantly from your server’s knowledge, and calls in AI only when it needs to, which keeps answers accurate and AI costs down. Your staff stop answering the same question again and again.

An AI guided tour that takes new members around to each channel and walks them through the tutorials for each bot in your server. Channel-aware, and built from a knowledge file you write.

Safety & controls
What’s actually built into the AI Assistant and the AI Server Guide today:
- Private replies to
/askand/guide: only the person who asked sees the answer - Per-member cooldowns and daily caps, plus server-wide limits
- You choose which channels the guide answers in, and can keep it out of staff channels
- Answers come only from your knowledge; it says so when something isn’t covered
- The guide never quotes prices and never takes actions in your server
- No pings: mentions in answers are removed, and only your own links are kept
- Your knowledge file is checked for keys, passwords, IDs, and prices before it loads
- Minimal permissions: no Administrator and no privileged intents
- An on/off switch: turn the guide add-on off any time

Will the AI make things up?
It’s built to answer only from your server’s own information. The AI Server Guide answers only from the knowledge file you write, and when something isn’t covered it says so and points people to you instead of guessing. The AI Assistant checks your knowledge first, uses AI only when the knowledge base doesn’t have the answer, and says when it isn’t sure and logs the question for your staff.
Which AI does it use?
Your AI provider of choice. The AI Assistant answers most questions from a database of ready answers and your knowledge base, and uses AI only when the knowledge base doesn’t have the answer, which keeps your AI costs low. What do I need to provide?
Your server’s own information: rules, FAQ, channels, roles, and the questions your members ask most. For the AI Server Guide you write a knowledge file, starting from a template I give you. It must not contain prices, keys, passwords, or IDs; the guide refuses to load a file that does.
Can I control where and how often it answers?
Yes. You choose the channels where the guide answers and can keep it out of staff channels. Each member has a cooldown and a daily cap, and there are server-wide limits too.
Can other members see the answers?
Answers to /ask and /guide questions are private replies that only the person who asked can see. An @mention of the bot is answered in the channel, where everyone can see it.
